About Matt Goss

Matthew J. Goss, Jr. is the founder of Quantiterate, a multi-vertical technology platform spanning crypto market intelligence, AI-powered education tools, mathematical research, music, and creative writing.

A former COMEX/NYMEX trader, Goss spent several decades at the New York Mercantile Exchange before moving to Goldman Sachs and later FlexTrade Systems, where he worked at the intersection of quantitative analysis and electronic trading infrastructure. His proprietary trading methodology — a multi-timeframe behavioral classification system using triple signal analysis to identify a matrix of distinct market modes — was founded in 1991 and has been in continuous development for over three decades.

He is the author of multiple published works and an independent researcher in foundations of physics and mathematics. His research program, "The Signal Carries Everything," applies Shannon's channel capacity framework to foundational problems across physics, neuroscience, and encoded historical systems.
